Since 2018, with over 20 years of rich experience in membrane production applications and various wastewater treatments, an advanced MBR treatment system has been developed specifically for waste water in garbage transfer stations, including waste water from garbage pressing and garbage truck cleaning. The effluent quality is superior to the national discharge standards. High degree of automation in operation, convenient management, low operating costs, minimal noise hazards, no air pollution, beautiful appearance, making it an environmentally friendly product. At present, the first integrated sewage treatment equipment for garbage transfer stations in Shenzhen has been built in Longgang, and MBR sewage treatment systems for garbage transfer stations have been synchronously constructed in four townships in Fujian. The system has passed the acceptance of the local government and the effluent quality fully meets the requirements. At the same time, this project was well showcased in the February 2018 CCTV program "Entrepreneurial Heroes Gathering" with the on-site explanation of General Manager Chen Chengyi, and received widespread recognition and key attention from the capital market. At present, there are 1000 garbage transfer stations in Shenzhen, and about 300 of them are relatively large. The investment in rainwater and sewage collection and purification treatment for each garbage transfer station ranges from 500000 to 1 million yuan. There are approximately 10000 garbage transfer stations in Guangdong Province that are eligible for renovation and upgrading. There are estimated to be over 100000 garbage transfer stations nationwide. By establishing a rainwater and sewage collection and purification treatment system, we aim to beautify urban and rural construction, remove obstacles to the municipal pipeline network, and make residents smile and their lives more exciting.
